เปิดเวที ABTC 2025 ที่ภูเก็ต ผลักดันบทบาทไทยสู่ศูนย์กลางองค์ความรู้ด้านการกักเก็บพลังงาน
วันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ โรงแรม ทราย ลากูน่า จังหวัดภูเก็ต: สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) โดย ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีพลังงานแห่งชาติ (ENTEC) และสมาคมเทคโนโลยีระบบกักเก็บพลังงานไทย (TESTA) ร่วมกับ Singapore Battery Consortium, NanoMalaysia, Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines, National Battery Research Institute Indonesia, National Center for Sustainable Transportation Technology ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสมาคมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าไทย (EVAT) สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (TCEB) และบริษัท HIOKI จัดงานประชุมวิชาการ 3rd ASEAN Battery Technology Conference (ABTC) 2025 เพื่อเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีแบตเตอรี่ในระดับภูมิภาค โดยในพิธีเปิด ดร.พิมพา ลิ้มทองกุล นายกสมาคมเทคโนโลยีกักเก็บพลังงานไทย (TESTA) และผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มวิจัยนวัตกรรมพลังงาน ENTEC สวทช. กล่าวต้อนรับในฐานะผู้จัดงาน, นายสมาวิษฎ์ สุพรรณไพ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวต้อนรับผู้ร่วมงาน, ดร.สุมิตรา จรสโรจน์กุล ผู้อำนวยการ ENTEC สวทช. กล่าวแสดงความยินดีและย้ำถึงบทบาทของประเทศไทยในการเป็นเวทีเชื่อมโยงวิชาการและอุตสาหกรรมด้านแบตเตอรี่ของอาเซียน และได้รับเกียรติจาก นายพงศ์พล ยอดเมืองเจริญ เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม กล่าวเปิดงาน
Thailand Strengthens Role as a Regional Knowledge Hub for Energy Storage at ABTC 2025 in Phuket
On August 27, 2025, at SAii Laguna Phuket Hotel, Phuket Province
National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and the Thai Energy Storage Technology Association (TESTA), in collaboration with the Singapore Battery Consortium, NanoMalaysia, Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines, National Battery Research Institute of Indonesia, and the National Center for Sustainable Transportation Technology, with support from the Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand (EVAT), Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), and HIOKI Corporation, successfully launched the 3rd ASEAN Battery Technology Conference (ABTC) 2025. The event serves as a regional platform for the exchange of knowledge on battery technology.
The opening ceremony was marked by a warm welcome from Dr. Pimpa Limthongkul, President of TESTA and Director of the Energy Innovation Research Group at ENTEC, NSTDA, who emphasized the importance of regional cooperation in driving battery technology forward. Mr. Samawit Supanpai, Deputy Governor of Phuket, extended his welcome to participants, highlighting the province’s commitment to support clean energy transition, particularly through technological innovation. Dr. Sumittra Charojrochkul, Executive Director of ENTEC, NSTDA, congratulated the organizers and reaffirmed Thailand’s role in bridging academic and industrial sectors to strengthen ASEAN’s battery ecosystem. The ceremony concluded with the official opening address by Mr. Pongpol Yodmuangcharoen, Secretary to the Minister of Industry, who underscored the strategic importance of advancing energy storage solutions and the government’s commitment to positioning Thailand as a regional leader in energy storage for the region’s sustainable development.
This prestigious regional forum serves as a key platform for knowledge exchange in battery technology across Southeast Asia. It reflects Thailand’s strengthened ambition to position itself as a regional hub for energy storage innovation. The event brought together leading organizations and experts from the region, along with more than 320 participants representing over 20 countries worldwide, to share insights and foster international collaboration in advancing battery technology.
